Anubis is a gorgeous map with its ancient Egyptian architecture. This oil painting captures the distinctive atmosphere in mid where the golden light hits the stone walls revealing both the warmth and depth of the place.
 
It was a joy painting the shimmering reflections on water, the worn textures of sandstone, sunlit stairs to connector and I added a boat to give a final touch, bring a sense of life to the canal.
 
To someone outside the game, it might look like a serene, ancient riverside scene. But for CS players, this is Anubis Canal, the crossroads of strategy, timing, and stealth.
